THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE HOA MONTHLY DUES:

  • Water & Sewer, Trash, HOA Insurance, Roof, Lawn, and Snow Removal are included in the dues-HEAT IS NOT INCLUDED.
  • There is no first right of refusal. 
  • Dues are collected monthly on the 1st,  late after the 15th.
  • There is no sub-association or master association.  
  • Please ask the Title Company conducting the Closing to request a Status Letter two (2) weeks BEFORE the Closing.

TO ALL OWNERS REGARDING RENTALS

The Association Owners agree to provide the Property Manager a List of  their Present or Prospective Renters

to include their Tenant's Names, Unit #'s, Telephone #'s, and Email Addresses.  This contact information will allow the Tenants to be Notified of any Required Maintenance or Emergency Services in their Units, or to be Notified of any Building Common Element Maintenance or Repair.  The Association also agrees that Unit Owners will provide an Updated Copy of their Tenant's Lease regarding the Term of the Lease.
