to include their Tenant's Names, Unit #'s, Telephone #'s, and Email Addresses.  This contact information will allow the Tenants to be Notified of any Required Maintenance or Emergency Services in their Units, or to be Notified of any Building Common Element Maintenance or Repair.  The Association also agrees that Unit Owners will provide an Updated Copy of their Tenant's Lease regarding the Term of the Lease.
